Premiere Video Packages
All Premiere Packages Include:
- A 2 to 4 hour edited video to the music of your choice, including all the covered events of the wedding and reception, edited in Matt's 'Cinematic Documentary' style -- looks like a movie, shot like a documentary!
- A 'Spotlight' recap of the days events at the conclusion of your video that's also posted on our website with client permission.
- The use of wireless microphones for optimal sound and two cameras during the ceremony for total coverage.
- Four copies (DVD) of the event complete with cover artwork, chapter markers and titles.
- Hands on experience with Matt who will coach you through the process of selecting music, transitions and anything else for your video that he'll need to begin editing. Turnover time for edited videos is 2-12 weeks depending on the season.

*High Def Blu-Ray Upgrade prices reflect the increase in operating, media and storage costs to film, produce and archive your completed production in that format. We offer High Def Blu-Ray on a limited basis and the option must be booked at time of contract to secure the equipment for your event.
The best way to get a feel for the different formats is to turn on Comcast or Fios. Anything in the HD tier of channels closely resembles a Blu-Ray picture. Anything in the digital tier of channels would closely demonstrate digital definition.

Basic Video Packages
Basic Packages are geard toward Ceremony only, Pre-Ceremony & Ceremony, or Ceremony and 'first hour' Reception coverage. All come with our custom Video Intro and are wrapped up with a montage of your Formal Photo shoot following your Ceremony edited to the music of your choice. The use of a wireless microphone is utilized to clearly pick up your vows. All Basic Packages come with one cased DVD copy with full cover artwork. Additional disks are available at $30 per copy. Additional hours of coverage are not available with these packages. For more complete coverage of the day's events, please see our Premiere packages above.

Ceremony and Reception $1098.00 Fully edited Ceremony only coverage and 'first hour' Reception coverage, typically covering introductions, first dances and toasts (anything you do up to the start of dinner), with our Video Intro & Formal Photo Highlights. It's important to plan to have any important dances and toasts during the first hour of the Reception so we can capture them on film! As indicated in our packages, we have developed a variety of video services targeted specifically for weddings. Below you will find descriptions of the options offered in each of the packages above. You will find these descriptions helpful in selecting a wedding video package that meets your specific needs. Each option has been put in order as they would appear in your video as we have experienced this way to work the best. Of course nothing is set in stone, and you can alter this order as you desire before we edit!
Video Intro A nice lead-in to your video, set to a combination of soft-focus and sepia slow motion shots of your wedding location and any on site pre-ceremony footage we would shoot, all while credits of your wedding party are rolled across the screen... edited to the music of your choice, of course!
Rehearsal Coverage The night before your ceremony, we come out and capture some candid footage of your Ceremony Rehearsal and/or the following dinner and present some of that footage in a slow motion montage to the music of your choice in your video. This type of coverage acts as a great lead into the rest your video as it foreshadows things to come, much like a feature film. May also be good for toasts at dinner or presenting your Photo to Video Montage if you opt not to show it at your Reception:)
Love Story A personal and intimate video segment that allows the bride and groom to share thoughts about each other, how they met, what they're looking forward to and so on. Optionally, I'll have you each write a letter to one another expressing your feelings for your better half, the contents of which read by you for the video only (talk about a tear jerker) to cap off each individual segment of the shoot! Typically shot in a park-like or modern city setting before the wedding (As seen on "A Wedding Story"). Typically about 20-30 minutes long, this acts as a wonderful introduction to your video and can be displayed with your montage at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception!
Photo-to-Video Montage (80-100 images) This has become an extremely popular option! We take photos of the bride and groom, though the years, and convert them to video with transitions and the music of your choice. Also included in your video as part of the introduction, we can also provide a large screen projection system or an iMac video feed to present the montage at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception...a great way to break the ice between two families just getting to know each other!
30 Picture (or 'mini) Montage (30-35 images) Offered as an alternative to the 'Highlight Montage' (described below) in our Bronze and Silver packages. This montage is a 'mini', one song in length, version of our full scale Photo-to-Video Montage. A popular alternative to the Highlight Montage, the Mini Photo Montage acts as a nice lead-in to the entire video with blended pictures of the couple and their famalies through the years leading up to the big day!
Pre-Ceremony Coverage A behind-the-scenes look at the bride getting ready before the ceremony at her home, a hotel or at the venue. We spend some time with the Bride and her Bridesmaids getting prepared to capture some of those special moments for your video in slow motion cut to the music of your choice. Also a good option to capture any formal photo shoots that have become more popular before the ceremony.
Ceremony Coverage Two camera coverage at the church or wedding location of Ceremony and Post-Ceremony activity such as Receiving Lines and Formal Photo Shoots. We show up about one hour before your starting time to get set up and coordinate our shoot with your photographer and whoever's in charge at the facility. We also get some behind the scenes shots of the bridal party and guests prior to the procession and some 'staging' shots of the facility indoors and out for use in your video intro. During the actual Ceremony itself, we begin with a camera angle of the wedding party coming down the aisle from the grooms vantage point. Once the bride gets halfway down the aisle we move that camera off to a side vantage point, while another camera catches all the action from a centered location at the back of the facility. From there, you'll have two camera coverage with several vantage points so virtually nothing gets missed! Of course our clients can also direct how they would like the shooting to go, and we have Wireless Microphones available to clearly pick up your vows!
Reception Coverage w/ Introduction We capture all the important moments from your Reception like your Introductions, Cake Cutting, Toasts, all the important Dances, Garter and Bouquet Toss and anything else of importance including general shots of you and your guests having a good time! In addition, we capture the beauty of your Reception Location in the form of a slow motion montage introduction that acts as a wonderful lead-in to the Reception footage.
Highlight Montage The Highlight Montage captures all the most special moments of the day edited to a music selection of your choice. Much like the Photo-to-Video Montage except still images of the days events are used instead of growing up pictures. We present all of those special moments captured in time as a 'Day in Rewind', if you will, starting with stills from your reception and ending with still shots of your ceremony. This option is included in all of our packages and is great for those not interested in sitting through your entire wedding video!
Spotlight Video The Spotlight Video acts as the grand finale in your video! Once the Highlight Montage is completed and everyone thinks the video is done, they are surprised with a video run-down of the days events edited to the beat of the music of your choice full of color, sepia, slow motion, real-time, wide screen, full screen soft focus shots of all of the days events! Words do not describe this option as does seeing it for yourself. Please check out the sample of this very popular feature to the left or view the many found on The Spotlight page. An absolute beautiful wrap-up to your wedding video!
Raw Footage We usually wind up using about 90% of the footage we shoot in the finished product. However, most of the Pre Ceremony footage, your Formal Photo shoots and some other clips were all set to slow motion or in sepia in your video. So, with our upper end packages that come on two DVD's, we squeeze in bonus un-cut material for your viewing pleasure so you can re-live your big day in real-time!
Ultimate Add-On You want the works? You got it! With all of the options included in our packages, the Ultimate Add-On takes filming a step further. This add-on includes: 2 or 3 videographers for the entire day of shooting (depending on individual needs) and complete non-stop coverage of all events from start to finish using multiple cameras. This would all then be culminted onto 'Mega-DVD' sets including every minute of footage taken broken down into chapters. For example, in one of our Premiere Packages, your Pre Ceremony footage would appear in your video as a video montage of that event (as seen in our Pre Ceremomy sample video clip). With this add-on, not only would you get that video montage, but a secondary camera will be set up or manned to film every minute of Pre Ceremony activities which would then be delivered as real-time video on additional DVD disks! The same would then be done for all following events through the Reception to compliment your Premiere Video Package.

Additional charges, if necessary:
Fuel Surcharge (outside of the Baltimore metro area): $40
Hotel Surcharge (Sometimes necessary for early morning event coverage): $140
Hotel Surcharges are to assure on-time filming by sleeping over near your event location (usually only for early weddings). This charge is assessed for most events not local to the Baltimore Metro area (south, west and east of DC- extreme eastern shore of MD or Deleware- north of MD/PA line) where filming is to begin before noon. This would cover hotel costs for our staff who would spend the night before your Ceremony somewhere nearby to assure nothing is missed due to traffic or travel related problems.
Extra Digital DVD burns: $30.00 with case and custom insert ($40 for double disks)
Extra Blu-Ray DVD burns: $60.00 with case and custom insert ($80 for double disks)
