When I first mentioned to Nick that I wanted a videographer for the wedding,
he was totally not into it. He just thought it was yet another expense I was
adding to the wedding. But, the night we met with you to view some of your work
and talk about our wedding he was completely sold. We are so happy to have had
the opportunity to work with you -- your work speaks for itself and is second
to none. Our video is beautiful and tells a wonderful story of our day. The
wedding was over in a flash but the video portrayed everything perfectly, and
allowed us to see parts of our day we would not have otherwise been able to
see through the eyes of another.
We could not have asked for a better person to work with -- you came on time,
and stayed late to catch all of the dancing footage. We will always treasure
our video and cannot thank you enough. We would highly recommend you to anyone
looking for a videographer. The bottom line is the pictures and the video are

and I decided at the last minute that we wanted a videographer on our wedding
day. I heard about Buerhaus Design from a friend, and when we contacted Matt,
he was able to accomodate us on very short notice!
Throughout
the day, we barely even noticed he was there, and when we recieved our video
he was able to capture every detail! The editing on the video was more than
we had hoped for and was absolutely breathtaking! The prices were very reasonable
for the high quality work we recieved. In addition to our video we also recieved
three additional copies as part of our package that we were able to share
with our family.
We would
recommend Buerhaus Design to anyone who is looking for a videographer! Your

there. Many of our guests were surprised to hear we'd even had a videographer

stunned. The editing, mixing, and documentary-style shots were unbelievable.

Loved the intros changing from sepia browns to color. Seamless transitions from
different camera angles. Great color: vibrant and believable. Compression of
time such that we found every word of the ceremony, yet flows quickly so it
feels impressionistic. Well selected still frame summary. Fun out takes after

Hi Matt,
We LOVE the video and I think that we
watched it for a week straight after we received it. You really captured the
emotions of the day! As a bride you spend so much time and energy on the little
details of your wedding day and you end up missing most of them because you
are in such a daze most of the day.
But being able to look back at them now after a month or so makes you appreciate
the time you spent on them. Watching the video for the first time was like reliving
our wedding day over again and I kept asking Joe, what were you thinking at
that moment.

We spent a lot of time and effort putting together the details and making sure
we had chosen the right people to support our needs on this day. When the day
came, it all came together. It looked the way we had pictured it. Most things
happened the way we anticipated. You and your team did a fantastic job capturing
that! We received so many compliments from our family and friends stating that
you were fun, easy to work with, and unintrusive, which can be difficult with
what we asked of you.
After
seeing the video, we could not have asked for better documentation of our
ceremonies. The montages are detailed and beautiful incorporating us, family,
and bridal party. As for the pictures, they were great as well. Both candid
and formal pictures are beautifully done. The process of taking formal pictures
can be tedious for family and friends but between the predetermined picture
list and the fun attitude of you and your team, that time was relaxing and
fun in between the mingling.
Many people
warn you to enjoy the day because it'll pass by in a blur but the way you've
presented it, we'll never forget the details! Thank you for everything! We
will definitely be recommending you to everyone!!

We are extremely
pleased with the final product that Matt gave us and, after watching our video,
we are so glad that we decided to do it. It really gives a different perspective
of the day that the photos didn't always capture. On our wedding day, Matt was
extremely helpful to us as well as the other vendors. He had great ideas about
where to shoot and his knowledge of Washington DC was a huge asset. He also
did a lot for us at our reception - he coordinated the video slideshow with
the reception venue and ensured we got great shots of the cake cutting and other
important events. On one of the hottest days of the summer, Matt was a constant
professional and never lost his pleasant demeanor. Overall, we were very pleased
with Matt both on our wedding day and after getting the video. We had a lot
of different vendors on our wedding day, but at the end of the day Matt stood
head and shoulders above the rest.

We almost
didn't get a videographer for our wedding because we thought it was a luxury
and we were on a tight budget. We are so glad that we did. The day went by so
fast and was such a blur to us both, that having this video really allowed us
to take everything in after the fact. Matt did an amazing job of capturing the
spirit and feeling of the moment. And he got lots of great footage of our friends
and family having fun at the reception that we never would have seen otherwise.

Hey Matt,
You are truly a master of your craft. My wife and I received the video and we

better than what we expected. What we find amazing, is that we didn't even notice
where you were during ceremony or the reception, but you were able to capture

When we first
began planning our wedding, we were not going to hire a videographer. Upon the
recommendations of several recently-married couples, we changed our mind. And
are we glad we did! One of the things we still have trouble figuring out is
how our video is so good when we never saw Matt during the ceremony and reception!
